They use your rites and teachings in the wrong way. This is not how sacrifice works. You can tell they have been surviving through an entity you do not commune with. The choice is yours. Offer something or refuse. They want blood. Blood is their frequency. Giving it will make you visible to the entity they serve.

Choose:

  • Fluid → Cut your hand, pour the blood into a container, and give it to them. −5 HP → O.1.11
  • Material → Give them 1 Item → O.1.12
  • Corruption → Bite into the worm. Resolve ⇩ → O.1.13
  • Nothing → Refuse and attempt to leave → O.1.14
  • Death → Attack them. Resolve ⇧ → O.1.5
